2 Are coffee machines provided in all SLA apartments?

All SLA apartments are equipped with Coffee Machines.

3 What is the minimum stay duration at SLA?

SLA offers minimum stay of 7 nights. We do offer monthly and yearly packages as well.

4 What are the designated check-in and check-out times for guests at SLA?

Check in time is 2pm and check out time 12 noon.

5 How often is cleaning done in the apartments and studios by SLA housekeeping staff? Is there an option for additional cleaning if requested?

Cleaning of apartments and studios are done twice a week by SLA housekeeping staff. The schedule of cleaning, which is perpetual, is pasted at the back door of every apartment. However, if any guest requires additional cleaning, he or she must inform the front desk. Note that any additional day’s cleaning comes with a charge.

6 Is SLA responsible for vehicles parked outside the gate? Who is responsible for vehicles parked inside the gated premises? Is SLA liable for any loss of valuables or property in parked vehicles?

Guests/Tenants park their cars outside the gate at their own peril; a private security company contracted by management are however responsible for vehicles parked inside the gated premises only. Management of SLA is therefore not responsible for loss of valuables or any property in vehicles parked both outside and inside the gated premises.

1 What is the importance of collecting and keeping receipts for tenants at SLA?

Tenants are required to collect and keep their receipts in safety because management only recognizes the duration written on it.

2 Is SLA responsible for vehicles parked outside the gate? Who is responsible for vehicles parked inside the gated premises? Is SLA liable for any loss of valuables or property in parked vehicles?

3 Is there a security deposit required upon check-in at SLA?

A security deposit of $200 upon check-in is required and will be returned when the list of items in the Apartment/Studio are intact and not damaged. This security deposit cannot, in anyway, be used as additional rent payment.

Terms and conditions

1 What is the maximum number of guests allowed in single-room Studios?

Maximum of 2 guests are allowed in single-room Studios.

2 What is the maximum number of guests allowed in 2-bedroom apartments?

2-bedroom apartments are allowed to accommodate 4 guests maximum.

3 What is the minimum stay duration at SLA?

5 What is the policy regarding the duration of stay and renewal of stay for guests at SLA?

Duration of stay of any guests will be based on the dates stipulated on their receipts. Renewal of stay shall be at the discretion of Management and until full payment for renewal is received a day or two before the renewal date, tenant will not get access to the apartment after 12 noon of the expiration of date on the receipt. This policy is so because SLA does not have control over online bookings which are normally paid upfront for specific apartments.
